Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Iron Clad Group ("we," "us") collects through this website and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, you give us:
- your name
- your email address
- your company name (optional)
- the service you're interested in
- your message
We only collect this when you submit the form, and only because you chose to send it. By checking the consent box, you agree to the Privacy Policy and to be contacted about your inquiry.
How we use it
We use your information to read your inquiry and respond to you. That is all. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Where it's stored and for how long
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Only our owners can access them. When you send the form, a copy of your submission is also emailed to our owners (sent through Cloudflare's email service) so we can reply quickly; those emails are kept in our owners' inboxes. We keep each stored submission for 24 months and then delete it. You can ask us to delete yours sooner, including the email copies (see "Your rights").
No selling, no ad sharing
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone for advertising. We don't run ad trackers on this site.
Cloudflare and security logs
Our site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests to the site and helps protect it. When a request is blocked for security reasons, we keep a log of it. Those logs use hashed IP addresses rather than the raw address.
US-only access
This site is intended for visitors in the United States. Access from outside the United States is blocked.
Cookies
We don't set cookies for visitors, and we don't use ad or analytics trackers. The private owner admin page uses password sign-in handled by your browser, not a cookie.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you are under 13, please don't submit the form. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the form on our home page. We may need to confirm it's really you before acting on a request.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
